Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend (WFSCB) meets its mission by collaborating with industry, education, economic development and labor to develop a comprehensive regional workforce strategic plan to develop a trainable and available workforce; and provide workforce -relevant education and training opportunities for youth and individuals with barriers to employment throughout the Coastal Bend region.
Partnerships with local economic development entities, colleges, skills training facilities, business and industry, and key state agencies provides WFSCB with present and future employment opportunities for job seekers in the region and assists in planning for the training needs of new and existing employers.
